We get it. Kayden’s Comfort Kitchen is a little different than your typical restaurant, and you might have a few questions. Here are some of the things we get asked the most.
So you only have two daily menu items?
Yes, and that’s intentional. By focusing on two fresh daily meal options, we’re able to keep meals consistent, made in smaller batches, and prepared with the kind of quality and care you’d expect from a home cooked dinner. We’ll also occasionally have extra ready to heat meals and sides available while they last.
I don’t see my dietary preferences listed — are those available?
Call and ask! While I won’t be heavily focused on specialty diets right away, I’m happy to see what accommodations can be made when possible. During off hours, feel free to message the business phone number and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Any requested customizations should be communicated before 10:00 AM the day of the meal to allow enough prep time. As we grow, I plan to expand menu flexibility and customization options to accommodate more dietary preferences.
What are your price ranges for meals?
Individual portions will generally range from $12–$15 depending on the meal. Family meals (feeds approximately 4–6 people) will generally range from $40–$50 depending on menu selection. Additional portions may be available at an appropriate cost.
What types of meals do you offer?
Comfort food and homestyle cooking! My goal is to make as much as possible from scratch so you know what’s going into your meals while still getting the convenience of not having to cook.
How does it work?
Each day we offer one heavier comfort-style meal and one lighter, more seasonal option to give families flexibility and variety. As Kayden’s Comfort Kitchen grows, I also plan to expand into take-and-bake and take-and-reheat options for even more convenience.
Do I need to order ahead?
Preordering is encouraged to guarantee availability, but same-day ordering may be available while supplies last.
When is the menu posted?
Menus will be posted ahead of time so you can plan your dinners in advance.
Can I order extra portions?
Yes! Additional portions may be available depending on the meal and inventory.
Will meals be available until close?
Meals are made fresh daily and availability may vary, so ordering early is encouraged.
Can I pick up later in the evening?
Pickup details and availability windows will be posted with ordering information.
What if I don’t like today’s menu?
Because we rotate menus regularly, there will always be new options coming soon.
Can I order for a family but only feed 2 people?
Absolutely! Family meals can work great for leftovers or multiple dinners depending on your household.
Can I preorder for a future day?
